A brief discussion on the function and health of the heart center (anahata) and the primordial relationship between Yin (feminine) and Yang (masculine): The Union of Opposites, followed by dynamic, fluid vinyasa flow. Introduction to heart math and mindful communication.
SUNDAY – 9:00 -11:00 am | BASICS OF TANTRA, PARTNER YOGA + MEDITATION
A playful class exploring the relationship between Self and Other (Namaste). Intro to tantra and simple partner poses that will surprise and delight you as a metaphor for life. Come with or without a partner.
