Ashley is dedicated to translating the conscious and unconscious mind through the power of movement and spirituality in a modern approach based on yoga pyschology.  She inspires her clients through practical instruction to move beyond the pull of opposites that act as obstacles in everday life.  The end result is optimal body conditioning, peak creative flow and more vital, joyful living.

Ashley has toured with top musicians and worked intensively with individuals, couples and corporate clients on creativity, intimacy and empowerment.  Currently, she is producing a series of “LIVE” yoga DVDs in partnership with Gaiam / MonthlyYogaDVD.com.  Ashley works in a variety of settings – from private sessions, group classes, weekend workshops and international retreats to onsite consultations with companies of various sizes, as well as lecturing in academic situations.

At the Sorbonne in Paris, France studying existentialism piqued Ashley‘s interest in the synthesis and profound psychological impact of symbolism, art, culture and design.  While completing her BA in International Relations at the University of Southern California, she began her study of ancient wisdom traditions and came to recognize the importance of a global vision under the guidance of two distinguished mentors – a Taoist master and a Native American elder.  Earning an MA in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Depth (Jungian) Pyschology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, she began writing on the synthesis of modern science and eastern spirituality.
