Yoga Bootcamp opened me up to the power of yoga, and now my body craves it. I have not found any comparable programs. Please tell me that ordering your Bootcamp series is not an impossibility. Thank you for my momentary mind and body wellness.

The twist/detox episode from yoga bootcamp not only helped me thin my midsection (something I always have trouble with) but also relieved my anxiety. But….I can’t find this DVD anywhere for purchase. Please help

Since Yoga Bootcamp can’t be purchased at this time can you direct me to one of your already available DVD’s that is most like your Yoga Detox? I had just discovered Yoga Detox and it really helped relieve my upper back discomfort. I was doing it 2-3 times per week and I really, REALLY miss it! Please advise.

I fell in love with the Yoga Bootcamp series on Exercise TV, and as I am sure you know, Exercise TV is closing at the end of the month. I’ve tried to order the DVD and it appears that the store on Exercise TV has already closed. Do you know of any other ways to get a copy of the DVD? Thanks!
If you find the answer to this question, PLEASE let me know! I ordered just before they shut the store down, and I haven’t gotten my copy, and I’m afraid that I somehow missed the ball. But this is the only yoga workout I’ve found that combines strength training while keeping the yoga parts about yoga.
Argh.
Just for all info – I finally got my copy – and I’m glad to see here that everyone else gets the chance to order it as well. I love workouts that kick my butt without being impossible, and its so good to do yoga without sacrificing a good day of cardio/strength training.

I’ve been experiencing anxiety the past month and a half and was finally diagnosed by my medical doctor last week. The more I looked into what anxiety is online and through talking with friends, I realized I may have had this even before this last month and a half. I always thought I was “stressed out” from time to time. I’ve also learned that anxiety is common with hypothyroidism which I was diagnosed with after having twins a couple of years ago. Walking has really helped me and I bought your dvd YOGA FOR STRESS RELIEF + FLEXIBILITY. It was my first yoga experience and I could not believe the calmness that it gave me. My muscles are so much more relaxed. I slept better last night. I did the stress relief routine again this morning and it is almost lunch time and I feel so wonderful. I cannot thank you enough!!! I highly recommend YOGA FOR STRESS RELIEF + FLEXIBILITY. Thank you so much for giving me back some peace.
