This training is designed for yoga teachers, psychotherapists, clinicians and dedicated students on fire to explore the fusion of eastern and western practices as portals for healing and self-discovery.

• Samskaras, kleshas, addiction and avoidance
• Mindfulness and meditation
• Chakras as developmental psychology
• Bhakti Yoga and Kirtan for emotional healing
• Archetypes of the psyche in the myths of yoga
• The yoga sutras and 8 limbs as a path of self-development
• Holding a sacred container and ritual space
• Dharma Dialogue: Weaving wisdom, philosophy and psychology into your teaching or practice.
Each day is an integration of yoga, meditation, lecture, visualization, poetry, interpersonal shadow work, kirtan/music, and soaking in the famous Esalen healing waters.

ASHLEY TURNER, MA, MFTI (#62103)
Ashley is a celebrated yoga-meditation teacher, mind-body psychotherapy intern, writer and speaker. She is the founder of the Urban Priestess Year-long Mystery School, creator of several online courses, the MEDITATION 101 Virtual Conference, 9 best-selling yoga dvd’s and co-author of Aroma Yoga.
