One of my greatest pet peeves is the slogan: #GoodVibesOnly. Ahhhh…..as if there’s something wrong with feeling upset or down. Otherwise known as “Positivity Policing”, this contributes to our culture’s assumption that our aim is full-time happiness.
One of my great passions is normalizing your upset and giving you tools to help you skillfully resolve difficult emotions.
