Breakups. Addiction. Loss of loved ones. Depression. Insomnia. People go through hard times, and they often go to yoga to help.
When I started practicing yoga over 20 years ago, I was depressed. I suffered from low self-esteem, loneliness and negative body-image.
All I knew was when I did yoga, I felt better. Eventually, the fog lifted and I began to experience happiness and real joy again. Why? Because yoga works.
Inadvertently, students bring their off-the-mat problems to yoga and end up looking for guidance.
Annndd…stuff comes up. Most people don’t realize that moving consciously, deep breathing and unwinding our bodies churns up unprocessed psychological material, long-held emotion and even repressed memories.
Join me Tuesday for a special FREE MASTERCLASS:
What to do when students bring off-the-mat problems looking for guidance.
I’ll teach you the must-have Mental Health Skills you need to know.
Please plan to join me live for this masterclass, which is a sneak peek of my ONLINE Yoga Psychology Teacher Training.
This is a live, interactive workshop. Plus, there will be time for Q&A – get your questions answered about my online training while registration is open.
Either way, you’ll get a recording of the class when it’s over. But you’ll need to register in order to receive it.
