I’ve got 5 incredible SOUL-STRETCHING days lined up to get you deeper into your JOY and living from a place of EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, EMPOWERMENT + RESILIENCE. (Ummmm…YES PLEASE!)
We are here to #StopTheStigma around mental health challenges (which are pretty common and most of us have struggled with to some degree)!
This is about GOING DEEP, RISING UP and RAISING AWARENESS about holistic solutions to mental health!
That’s why I’ve created this fun and free challenge—because I want to support you in learning the tools that have allowed me to tap into an abundance of joy, passion and contentment.
Join us October 6 – 10th! Each day you get a specific YOGA PRESCRIPTION for 5 different emotions: anxiety, depression, grief/sadness, confidence, joy/happiness.
Each challenge class shouldn’t take you more than 15-20 minutes a day, you’ll get support from myself and my amazing team, connect with other soulful peeps from all around the globe, and be challenged to hold yourself accountable to our 5 YOGA FOR MENTAL HEALTH classes that will leave you feeling confident that no matter what curve ball life throws your way…you will thrive!
