“The thing about the UNCONSCIOUS is that it’s unconscious.” ~ #CarlJung
Have you ever said that you were going to do something: lose weight, start a business, leave a relationship…and then felt frustrated because you didn’t see the progress you wanted to make as quickly as you wanted to make it?
Perhaps, you’ve read books that inspired you, but you never put the principles into practice.
This is not a problem! This is totally normal.
I often find clients looking for “quick fix” solutions to life’s challenges. The reality is that most of our deepest struggles (relationships, body/weight management, addictions, career) require long-term healing and consistent processing. Only a deep understanding of Self and our unconscious blocks can create the lasting results we desire.
Creating sustainable and tangible change often takes longer than what we think or want. I recently sat down with my soul sister Dr. Leslie Carr, a clinical psychologist in San Francisco, to talk about her new e-book “When Change Takes Time“ and am so excited to share her work with you!
Dr. Carr’s e-book offers practical advice that takes into account that we are each individual, with a unique constitution, emotional framework and personal history that must be accounted for. Even if the change you are dealing with appears similar to someone else, the soul lessons you are here to learn and the process of getting there is all your own.
If you can UNDERSTAND what’s keeping you stuck, instead of wrestling against it…you’re better able to grapple with the UNSEEN FORCES that are holding you back.
We’re diving into:
Here’s to trusting and enjoying your process.
Big Love!
Ashley
