A rejuvenating, fiery detox flow to build strength and stoke the inner fire to melt off layers of stress and tension in the body. Work hard without pushing past your edge. Creative variations on sun salutations combined with energizing standing sequences.

MENTAL/EMOTIONAL DETOX.

Create emotional intelligence through the rigor of a strong practice sequenced to dislodge deep-seated emotions lying buried in the body. Move from judgment to understanding. Core work from every angle intermingled with a dynamic twisting series to unravel tension and flush out the inner organs.
