ARM BALANCES + CORE POWER
Expand your boundaries and cultivate fearlessness in any situation by learning to lean into your growing edges. These fun, challenging workshops will tap the fiery inspiration of summer to play with arm balances, handstands and core work in an atmosphere of joy + humor.

The key to fearlessness is not to take ourselves too seriously and constantly challenge ourselves to move beyond what we think is possible! All levels welcome!

SATURDAY – 9:00 – 11:00 am | INNER POWER
Dynamic vinyasa flow with creative sun salutations and a workshop on the basics of arm balances and inversions. Try something new! If you want your life to be different….do something differently!

SATURDAY – 3:00 – 5:00  pm | CORE POWER
Follow the morning practice by firing up the core. Understand the connection between your abdominal power center, digestive tract and self-confidence, will power and the nucleus of energy and inspiration in your life. End with stillness, silence and a sweet meditation.
