How long do you spend scrolling your IG feed? Do you get trapped comparing yourself to other people?
You’re not alone! With the advent of social media, the Grass-Is-Greener-Syndrome is one of the greatest epidemics of our time. I hear it in my therapy office almost every day. As my girl Terri Cole says: “We can’t compare our insides to other people’s outsides (and curated, retouched highlight reels).”
If you’re not vigilant, it can drain your time, energy and life force… and convince you that your gifts aren’t worth sharing with the world.
(This is a lie…the truth is, the world needs your magic now more than ever.)
It’s time to stop the madness! Which is why today’s video is about how to break free of the “comparison trap.”

Hi, Thanks for sharing this precious information.
I really like your post.
Thank you so much for this. I regularly hear people complain about how scrolling through IG feels like a being repeatedly kicked in the guts and how FB is no better. Rather than generating a sense of inspiration for seeing all that is out there in the world to enjoy, they are left feeling empty, second class, envious, and inadequate. I’d be lying if I said I was immune. It’s easy to wonder “How it is that everyone one else seems to find it so easy to feel so good and find so much pleasure and success in the world?” And then comes the guilt for thinking like this.
Can I ask, you to suggest the number one reason for people are left with a sense of worthlessness after seeing others happy?
