As we gather to celebrate whatever holidays you enjoy this season…I’m sure most of us can relate to this. How easy it is to regress into pesky, old patterns that rise up to grip us almost immediately in the presence of family.
No doubt…for most of us, our greatest (and most challenging) curriculum on the path of consciousness is our family of origin, the relational patterns, personality traits, coping and defense mechanisms concretized in childhood…and then how these tendencies play out in present day.
