Do you know the one thing that is powerful enough to bring you back to action when you lose focus, get distracted, or lack the discipline necessary to RISE UP?
It’s your why.
You must know your why.
Drilling down on your why is a practice coached by Brendan Burchard, Dean Graziosi, Ethan Willis, and other high-performance mentors. It’s the only way to work through those things that block you from achieving what you desire professionally and personally.
What do you risk when you don’t play full out? Who in your life is relying on you to bring your “A” game?
Your partner? Your parents? Your kids, clients, colleagues?
Don’t miss these important takeaways from my Facebook message:
52: We don’t need more information, we need more action.
1:07: What is the next right bold action that you need to take to move your business and your life to the next level?
1:32: You build confidence in yourself by taking action. We learn by living.
1:48: Who needs you to bring your “A” game?
2:55: If we are letting our limitations and lack mentality hold us back we are teaching our kids the same thing.
There’s nothing broken with you if you sometimes experience self-doubt, overwhelm, fear, and procrastination. You’re human and every human struggles from time to time with these feelings. Yes, even successful people. But, even though they are common, these feelings can cause you to not show up in the way you need to for your life and those in it.
Like most people, you probably don’t need more information or more business or personal development training to move through these barriers.
You need something bigger than your impulses and something that is more powerful than how you feel to keep charging forward. You need to connect deeply to your personal “Why.”
Whether your “Why” is to provide for your family, show your kids what it is to live a bold life, to live bravely and move through your fears, or something else, having a daily practice where your personal “Why” drives your action is a key to success. Your personal “Why” isn’t about you or what you feel.
Who in your life would benefit from you daring to live more boldly and bravely? Who needs you to be a seven-figure business owner or to act like a CEO?
In order for you to stay focused every day on your purpose and to stay on the path to getting what you want for the reasons you want—to actually take action and execute—you must connect with your personal “Why” every day.
When I saw Brendan Burchard at the Mastermind Growth Summit he shared that he keeps a note right next to his computer that asks, “Who needs me to show up and play full out today? Who needs me to show up with my “A” game?”
Keeping his personal “Why” front and center helps him stay focused on taking the next right, bold action.
Many of us hold back out of limiting beliefs, insecurity, fear, or thoughts that we’re not ready. I don’t actually believe you have to heal all the stuff to then break through and take action. We learn by living.
When you take action you become more confident.
Don’t let your limitations or a lack mentality hold you back. If you do, you teach your kids to do the same thing. What’s important is what we do, not what we say.
So, what’s the No. 1 action you can take in your life right now?
Is it looking at your P&L, sending out an email to your list or creating a lead magnet so you are gathering and capturing leads? Maybe it’s booking a workshop or a client.
What is YOUR next bold action to get you to the next level?
I’m so grateful to be here with you all, help all of us rise up and lead bold lives and live bravely. I invite you to join me.
Hey Ashley, I first found you through Gaia and have been practicing your reducing fear and anxiety meditation for months now… Thank you for that!
I have been stuck in a rut and my therapist suggested I stay in that stuckness to feel what it’s really about instead of trying to think my way out of it. To keep a sense of calm, I have been streaming shows through Gaia about quantum physics, meditation, yoga a lifestyle, meditation, etc…lots of research with no action.
My commitment to action is enrolling in a 200 hour teacher training at an ashram in the mountains of Colorado. I have always wanted to attend a yoga retreat and this is a 21 day immersion heart-based meditation program and an ashram!
I am excited, a little nervous, and extremely grateful for your sharing a call for action – ????????????
